Thank you for writing for me! I'm tendency on AO3 and I am open to treats.
Likes: canon-divergence AUs, hurt/comfort, time loops, survival situations & having to work together, mutual pining, soulmate & soulbond AUs, bodyswap, conversations over meals, road trips or their spaceship equivalents, fake relationship/marriage that eventually turns into something real, undercover (especially undercover in the same place but for separate reasons), outsider POV
DNW: explicit sex, setting change AUs (i.e. coffee shop or band or anything that completely changes the characters' background), unrequested non-canonical ships, any mention of cancer or neurodegenerative diseases (such as Alzheimer's), bashing of TLJ or TROS (if you dislike one of the movies, please just write a canon-divergence AU and don't mention why you're avoiding it). Please don't have Rey be related to any SW main characters other than Palpatine (or Rey Nobody is also ok with me).
Most of my requests involve Reylo & other characters, so I'm going to open with some general prompts, most of which are applicable to all of my requests and the rest of which are applicable to all of my Reylo requests. I'm open to anything from early hints of an attraction between them to full-blown post-canon established relationship. I enjoy the bond between Rey & Kylo|Ben even when it's fully platonic, so don't worry about needing to hit a specific point on some invisible shippiness meter. (But if you want to have them kiss a lot, then yes please! One canon kiss was good but I want more.)
Aftermath of TRoS where Ben didn't die and now has to face what comes next, when now he wants to do the right thing but that doesn't undo everything he did before (and so he has to face a lot of people who hate him) is catnip for me.
Anything where Rey gets hurt and Kylo doesn't dare put her at risk by calling the First Order so he has to get in touch with somebody he really doesn't want to get in touch with (his mom, Chewie, one of the droids...) to get help for her. I love that between his family and his Force bond with Rey, he has SO many connections to the opposing side, and he's trying so hard to ignore them all that I enjoy when he can't. (This is nice to see in any scenario but especially when it's because he's decided Rey is just that important!)
I like canon divergence at any point, big or small. A few suggestions, but please don't limit yourself to these:
*What if Rey & Finn on the Falcon never cross paths with Han & Chewie, but eventually get tracked down by Kylo (before they've met anyone in the Resistance)?
*What if Kylo leaves Starkiller with everybody on the Falcon...maybe because he turned instead of killing Han, or maybe because (either after Han dies or instead of it) they somehow incapacitate and kidnap him. (Especially if he and Rey discover their force bond somewhere in here!)
*Anything where the confrontation in Snoke's throne room/Raddus+Supremacy collision goes differently. Kylo doesn't turn to the light (yet...) but agrees to accompany Rey just because he wants to get away from the First Order? Kylo regains consciousness first and attempts to hold Rey prisoner? Rey still regains consciousness first but decides to kidnap Kylo when she leaves for Crait?
*What if TRoS weren't dealing with quite as tight of a timeframe, and both Ben and Rey had more time to wrestle with the aftermath of Kef Bir? If neither of them had to hurry to Exegol quite as soon, maybe they might cross paths somewhere else.
*And of course anything where things go differently on Exegol, especially if it means Ben doesn't die.
Rey/Ben Solo | Kylo Ren & BB-8
Maybe BB-8 approves, maybe he doesn't...I'm interested in either. BB-8 was the first new friend Rey made in TFA & I like seeing their friendship continue.
Rey/Ben Solo | Kylo Ren & Poe Dameron
Poe has serious personal reasons to hate Kylo Ren. I enjoy when he's not a fan of Rey's relationship with/attraction to Ben and struggles to believe that he's really turned back to the light (or could ever turn, for something earlier). Or if Leia's still alive, she cares a lot about her son and usually Poe looks up to her/agrees with her/supports her but that's going to be a struggle here because again, he kind of hates him.
Rey/Ben Solo | Kylo Ren & Finn
I think he could go either way, maybe bewildered at Rey being in love with Ben or maybe he's willing to support Rey no matter what. I also really like Finn's developing Force sensitivity and would like to see him getting lessons from either or both of Rey & Ben (maybe Jannah's involved too?)
Rey/Ben Solo | Kylo Ren & Chewbacca
After TRoS, Chewie is pretty much the closest family Ben has remaining. I'd like to see anything where Chewie rescues them from Exegol or is otherwise the first person they go to before facing the rest of the Resistance. Especially if Ben expects what he's done to be impossible for Chewie to forgive while Chewie is just glad he didn't lose him too. Or maybe Kylo|Ben has to contact him earlier on because Rey's hurt (see general prompt above).
Rey/Ben Solo | Kylo Ren & Luke Skywalker
He blew up a hut when he saw them holding hands, so I think we've established that he's canonically not a fan. If TLJ goes differently (I mentioned some divergence possibilities above), how does Luke react to Rey and Kylo|Ben spending more time together? What if Kylo tracks her to the island before she comes to him? Or what does Force Ghost Luke think of their post-Exegol full-blown romantic relationship?
Rey/Ben Solo | Kylo Ren & Shmi Skywalker
I'm assuming time travel for this prompt (either of Shmi to the future or of Reylo to the past, I don't care which), but if you want to handle it some other way that's ok too. She might have interesting input as Ben tries to come to terms with the whole descendant-of-Vader|Anakin thing. I like the theory that Palpatine may have caused/influenced Shmi's pregnancy, but if you go with that, please don't have him be bio related to Anakin. Just meddling with midichlorians or whatever.
Rey's Father/Rey's Mother & Rey/Ben Solo | Kylo Ren
Maybe they're alive (maybe Rey and Ben have to free them from an Imperial prison planet), or maybe they're Force ghosts, or maybe they just left a recording or letter that Rey and Ben find: I'd like to see Rey learn more about her parents as the same time that she pursues a further relationship with Ben.
Rey's Father/Rey's Mother & Rey & Sheev Palpatine
Canon divergence AU! Maybe Rey's parents are prisoners on Exegol and she meets them for the first time since her childhood when she comes there to confront the Emperor. Maybe they managed to stay on the run longer and came back for Rey (but then the Emperor catches up with them). Or maybe they kept Rey with them while they were on the run and never left her on Jakku. This isn't a Reylo request since four seemed like more than enough characters to juggle, but I definitely wouldn't mind you making it into one.
Ben Solo | Kylo Ren & Rose Tico
Maybe one is captured by the other's side or Ben defects or they crash land somewhere...just something to get them interacting. Do they find anything to bond over (in the midst of hating each other's guts) in a shared interest in engineering?
Ben Solo | Kylo Ren/Rose Tico
Same as above, but they end up together romantically. One AU I'm curious about that might fit with this prompt is what if Rey died & Ben survived on Exegol, and so Ben goes to the Resistance afterwards without Rey there to make explanations for him? Or maybe if Rose didn't escape the Supremacy in TLJ and crosses paths with Kylo there (whether he knows she's Resistance or she manages to get undercover somehow).
If you are writing Ben|Kylo/Rose, please do not include Ben|Kylo/Rey.
